Projects & Contracts

Law 76 requires all Quebec municipalities to establish a policy regarding the management of contracts. The law also requires that each municipality disclose all contracts awarded in excess of $25,000. This policy was adopted by the Municipal Council in February, 2011.

In accordance with the Municipal Code of Québec, the list of contracts executed by the Municipality involving an expenditure of $25,000 or more must be published by means of the electronic tendering system approved by the Government.
